As President and Shareholder of Marsicovetere & Levine Law Group, Jordana Levine is a leader, a teacher, and a fierce litigator with substantial courtroom experience. Jordana brings over twenty years’ experience in state and federal criminal defense, family law, and juvenile law. She has taken many cases to trial, from misdemeanors to serious felonies including murder, and litigated many contested hearings and motions related to highly complicated legal issues.
Jordana currently serves as the President of the Vermont Bar Association’s Board of Managers and is former president of the Vermont Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Jordana has helped to shape and improve the court system in Vermont by serving on various committees and commissions in the judiciary. She has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Vermont Law School, teaching young, aspiring lawyers how to litigate in the courtroom.

Jordana has demonstrated her dedication to criminal defense by developing and implementing the 2008 Sparrow Project. This initiative provided community-based treatment plans and support to individuals facing criminal charges in the Criminal Division of Windsor Court until 2017. This work eventually evolved into the implementation of the Southeast Regional DUI Treatment Docket and the Windsor County Adult Drug Treatment Court. For her exceptional service to Vermont’s treatment courts, Jordana was awarded the 2015 Vermont Treatment Court Award.
When she’s not in the courtroom, Jordana enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys running, rock climbing, skiing, paddle boarding and walking her dogs Oskar and Igor.
