Bailey joined MLLG to practice criminal defense and juvenile family law after gaining legal experience in transactional roles. She started as a cannabis attorney when Vermont established a regulated recreational cannabis market. During that time, she assisted over a hundred businesses in various endeavors; her days ranged from applying for businesses’ license to grow, manufacture, or sell cannabis, to helping them meet state and local regulations at their physical establishment. She pivoted into employment law following the Vermont’s cannabis business boom to help businesses with general compliance and employee-related concerns. Finally, Bailey entered criminal defense and juvenile family law to further pursue her passion for providing comprehensive legal services to help people.

Bailey grew up in Vermont and returned after heading west for college. She enjoys exploring back roads by Jeep, attending live music, and hosting gatherings at her home for friends and family.
